We want you to feel confident shopping with VitaBabe. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted

Final Sale Items:

  • Any product marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or refunded
  • This includes our designated non-returnable product for hygiene and safety reasons

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met

Order Issues & Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos and your order number
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund

Anti-Fraud & Abuse Protection:

  • We do not issue refunds for claims of non-delivery marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Excessive returns or suspicious activity may result in account restriction or refusal of service
  • Chargeback fraud will be disputed with evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking, and communication history

Subscription & Promotional Orders:

  • Discounted, promotional, or subscription orders are final sale unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle
