Free Shipping:

We offer complimentary standard/economy shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States.

Shipping Availability:

We currently ship domestically within the United States only.

Please note:


  • We do not ship internationally
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses

Orders placed outside our shipping area may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Processing & Delivery:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days by estimate.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages:

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.
